Enrollment Process
Joining our community is a simple, supportive process designed to help families feel confident and informed every step of the way.
1. School Tour
Families begin with a personal tour of our environment. This is a chance to see the classrooms, meet our team, and ask any questions about our Montessori approach.
2. Program Selection & Documents
After the tour, families choose the program that best fits their child’s needs. We then provide the necessary enrollment documents to complete.
3. Enrollment Fee & Tuition Payment
Once documents are submitted, families make the required payments to secure their child’s place.
4. Start Date & Acclimatization
Enrollment begins the following month. Children ease into their new environment through a gentle acclimatization phase, allowing them to build trust and comfort at their own pace.

Families are welcome to enroll at any time. As a newly opened school, we offer rolling admissions throughout the year so children can join when the timing feels right for your family.
Our official school year begins in April, but spaces are offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis as long as availability remains.

We are an international Montessori School, not an English-only school. Our team includes educators from around the world, and children experience both English and Japanese naturally throughout the day.
Because our students live in Japan and will eventually attend schools where Japanese is the primary language, we do not enforce an English‑only environment. Instead, we introduce and use both languages in a balanced, meaningful way that supports each child’s development and confidence

Tuition varies depending on the program and schedule each family chooses. We offer several options — half‑day, full‑day, and afternoon‑only — as well as 3‑, 4‑, and 5‑day attendance.
Because every family’s needs and lifestyle are different, fees are based on how often your child attends and which program best supports them.
We’re happy to provide a detailed tuition guide during your school tour as well as further details regarding discounts and scholarship opportunities.

We are a mission-driven, small team that values every individual employee. We foster an environment where we support one another in a relaxed atmosphere, share ideas openly, and allow everyone to showcase their unique skills, ideas, and personalities.
As an international school led by foreign staff, our daily communication takes place primarily in English. However, since all staff members also speak Japanese, it is a bilingual workplace where both languages are used naturally.
We pride ourselves on a warm, cooperative atmosphere where new team members can quickly feel at home. It is a place where you can be yourself, grow together with the team, and make a meaningful contribution.
If you are interested in joining us, please send your resume in either English or Japanese.
Currently, we have a position open for a certified 3-6 montessori teacher, either 4 days per week or full-time.We will contact you based on our current hiring needs.
